7 Stage Ultra-Purification

image of our 7 stage ultra-purification process

Step 1: Ion Exchange Filter

The Ion Exchange removes any metals, radiation, and corrosive scale. Discarding these contaminants is an essential first step because it helps to prolong Reverse Osmosis membrane life.

Step 2: Granulated Activated Carbon Filter

The GAC Filter removes chemicals, such as chlorine and lead acquired from corroded pipes in our local water system.

Step 3: Pre-Sediment Filter

The 1 micron sediment filter removes all sediment from the water, such as loose scale and organic materials.

Step 4: Reverse Osmosis Membrane Filtration

We use the highest quality membrane on the market for our RO unit. It removes many mineral and chemical materials from water, including salt, fluoride, lead, manganese, iron, & calcium.

Step 5: Post Carbon Filtration

This process removes any tastes or odors that may have collected from the purification process or any tastes from the local water shed.

Step 6: Ultraviolet Light Disinfection

This takes the water to a much higher level of purification. It removes harmful micro-organisms and bacteria that cause thousands of documented poor health cases each year.

Step 7: Ozone Generator

Ozone is the best disinfectant available for water and it leaves no harmful residue or chemicals in the water. Ozone is 3,200 times more effective than chlorine, and it converts back to oxygen within a few hours. It's completely safe to drink and makes the water taste amazing!
